Acclaimed Chef Linton Hopkins and master mixologist Greg Best step out of the kitchen and into studios here at AM 1690. The possibilities of topics on Feed Radio are endless. One episode may focus on how to troll a farmer’s market, while another could school listeners on building a home bar. And a subject like improvisational cooking could easily segue into a bouillabaisse of jazz.
Chef Linton Hopkins, who took home the Best Chef: Southeast Award from the James Beard Foundation earlier this year, is executive chef and co-owner of Restaurant Eugene, Holeman & Finch Public House, H&F Bread Co., and H&F Bottle Shop in Atlanta. Greg Best has served as a partner in the latter three ventures and was a semifinalist in the Outstanding Bar category from the James Beard Foundation in 2012.
