Charlie Louvin

Neal Cohen speaks with Country legend and longtime Grand Ole Opry member Charlie Louvin. Louvin discusses his early days of performing with his brother Ira when their parents were hosting guests, the role that radio played in his early career, and his habit of moving to the side to allow his brother to sing harmonies despite his passing back in 1965. Charlie also talks about making it onto the Grand Ole Opry, having to break up the Louvin Brothers, and his most recent album of murder ballads and disaster songs.
